Congratulations to Brittany Redding on passing the HRCI | SPHR Exam! Brittany is a native of Rochester, NY, where she received her Master of Business Administration at the University of Rochester Simon School of Business in 2015. Brittany is currently an Employee Relations Consultant at Bank of America and has been working in Employee Relations for five years. Brittany began her career at the Bank in a campus rotational Human Resources Development Program in 2015. In her current role, Brittany mitigates risk for the Bank as she works with Employee Relations Investigators to decide outcomes of discrimination, harassment, and inappropriate behavior claims. Brittany is also the dedicated Employee Relations Partner for any cases involving Human Resources associates. With her SPHR, Brittany aspires to transition into an Employee Relations Client Manager role.
