We are entering our ninth month without in-person SHRM conferences. I frequently hear from HR professionals that they are “zoomed” out. I am excited that many of the upcoming conferences are offering a hybrid option. You may attend in-person practicing social distancing on a first-come first-serve basis. The good news is that you earn the same number of recertification credits. Be sure to make your reservations early if you would like to attend the live conference.
