NLRB Looking at Unionization of Temporary Workers

 (June 22, 2015) The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has is reconsidering the Oakwood Care Center, 343 NLRB 659 2004 case that made it difficult for temporary workers to unionize with a company’s permanent employees. The board decision on Oakwood was made under President George W. Bush’s administration.
